PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

PRESENTATIONS
·
Invited lectures are scheduled for 45 min followed by
a 15 min discussion.
· Presentations within thematic sessions are scheduled
for 20 min followed by a 10 min discussion.
· The duration of workshop contributions is to be defined
by the chair.
The following technical infrastructure will be available:
Hardware:
· PC computer running Windows XP Professional (SP2)
· Apple computer running Mac OSX 10.5.1 (Leopard)
· DVD player
· overhead projector
Software:
· Microsoft PowerPoint
· iWork08
· Acrobat Reader
· Windows Media Player
· Quicktime Player
· VLC-Player
We
recommend that presenters bring their presentation files
in a format compatible with one of the above applications,
and stored in a CD-ROM or a USB thumb drive (flash disk).
All presenters can either upload and check their presentation
files in the conference secretary no later than 30 minutes
before their presentation/session or mail the files
to eva.siegenthaler@psy.unibe.ch
no later than 12 hours before their presentation. Please
label your file with the last name of the first author
and with the beginning of the title.
POSTER
PRESENTATIONS
Posters
may be in landscape or portrait orientation and should
not exceed AO. You will be provided with a poster board
to mount/display your poster. Presenters are to put
up their posters by 10:00 hrs on the day of their presentation.
